Fractal Analytics IPO is a book-built issue of ₹2833.9 crores, The total issue size is ₹2833.9 crores. The IPO of Fractal Analytics is priced at ₹857-900 per equity share, which has a face value of ₹1 Per Equity Share each, IPO bidding starts from Feb 9, 2026 and ends on Feb 11, 2026. The allotment for Fractal Analytics IPO will be finalized on Feb 12, 2026. Fractal Analytics IPO will be listed on BSE, NSE, with a tentative listing date fixed as Feb 16, 2026. The company shall list its equity shares on the BSE, NSE. MUFG Intime India Pvt.Ltd is the registrar of the issue.

Retail investors can bid for a minimum of 16 shares, extendable to 14,400. S-HNIs will be able to bid for 224 shares at ₹2,01,600, while B-HNIs can also apply for a bid of 1120 shares at ₹10,08,000. The total issue ₹2833.9 crore, comprising a fresh issue of 1,13,72,222 shares ₹1023.5 crore and having Offer for Sale (OFS) of 2,01,15,555 shares to mop up ₹1810.4 crore.

Fractal Analytics IPO - Anchor Investors

Fractal Analytics raises Rs 1,248 crore from anchor investors ahead of its Rs 2,834-crore IPO.
SBI Small Cap Fund, and Life Insurance Corporation of India were the largest investors for the anchor book, investing Rs 104.99 crore, and Rs 99.99 crore, respectively.
Marquee global investors like Morgan Stanley, Amundi Funds, Goldman Sachs, Kuwait Investment Authority, Ashoka WhiteOak, Allspring Global Investments, Societe Generale, Prudent Investment Flexicap Scheme, and Integrated Core Strategies participated in the anchor book.

Out of the overall allocation amounting to 1.38 crore equity shares, 52.77 lakh shares were given to 11 domestic mutual funds such as ICICI Prudential AMC, Motilal Oswal AMC, UTI AMC, Trust MF, Baroda BNP Paribas MF, Bandhan MF, Invesco India, Sundaram MF, Abakkus, and Union MF.
Apart from LIC, the HDFC Life Insurance Company, SBI Life Insurance Company, Bharti Axa Life Insurance Company, and Edelweiss Life Insurance Company also invested in the company through the anchor book mechanism by purchasing shares worth Rs 150.93 crore.
