INDO-MIM Limited finalised its anchor investor allocation on July 22, 2026, raising ₹1,141.00 crore from 92 institutional investors at an anchor price of ₹485 per share.

The anchor book comprises 2,35,25,656 equity shares allocated across domestic mutual funds, life insurance companies, and foreign portfolio investors. Domestic mutual funds received 55.98% of the anchor allocation through 23 fund houses across 60 schemes, including ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, HDFC Mutual Fund, SBI Mutual Fund, Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund, Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund, Axis Mutual Fund, Bandhan, HSBC Mutual Fund, Mirae Asset, UTI, Motilal Oswal, Quant Mutual Fund, Tata Mutual Fund, Invesco India, Canara Robeco, Edelweiss, Union, Franklin, LIC MF, PGIM India, Abakkus, 360 One, and Dynasif.

Life insurance companies received 9.64% of the anchor allocation, with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, SBI Life Insurance, HDFC Life Insurance, and Bajaj Life Insurance each receiving 1.75%–1.76%.

Foreign investors including Ashoka Whiteoak ICAV, Government Pension Fund Global, Goldman Sachs India Equity Portfolio, Aranda Investments, Amansa Holdings, Blackrock Global Funds, Pinebridge Global Funds, DSP India Fund IFSC, and Societe Generale also participated.
