Established in June 2007, Mahendra Realtors and Infrastructure Limited offers numerous services like Structural Repairs, Rehabilitation, Retrofitting, Waterproofing, Corporate Interiors, BOT Projects, Maintenance, Construction, and Infrastructure Restoration.It has executed various structural repair work for government departments and public sector organizations such as CIDCO Vashi and Belapur Railway Stations with new techniques such as polymer-modified mortar, micro 138 concrete, and waterproofing. Structural repairs at Ghatkopar have been awarded a Stability Certificate by IIT Bombay, including steel jacketing, external repairs, and retrofitting. The company has executed corporate interior assignments at IIT Bombay, Airport Authority of India, VVIP Circuit House Pune, and SVP Hospital Ahmedabad.
The company has successfully completed 200+ projects for 50+ clients with timely average completion. As of December 31, 2024, the company has on-going projects in Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Goa, Gujarat, Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu.
