PEPL has a presence in residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail segments. PEPL's portfolio consists of Operating, Ongoing, and Upcoming Hospitality Assets. The portfolio as of December 31, 2024, consists of:
Seven Operating Assets with 1,445 keys (including one undergoing renovation with 190 keys)
Three Ongoing Assets with 951 anticipated keys
Nine Upcoming Assets with 1,558 anticipated keys.
