The firm retails its products to corporate clients, wholesale jewellers, and retailers across the country.As of 30th September 2024, the company has also exported its products to nations like the United Kingdom, New Zealand, UAE, USA, and the Republic of Fiji.Malabar Gold Limited, Titan Company Limited, GRT Jewellers, Reliance Retail, Joyalukkas India, and Damas Jewellery (UAE) are the domestic and international corporate customers of the company, among other entities.
As of September 30, 2024, the company has serviced 31 corporate customers, 76 wholesalers, and 731 retailers. During Fiscal Year 2024, it serviced 33 corporate customers, 96 wholesalers, and 832 retailers.During the six months ended September 30, 2024, and the years 2024, 2023, and 2022, the company converted 638.48 kgs, 1,221.19 kgs, 1,272.11 kgs, and 870.26 kgs of bullion into Mangalsutras with revenues of ₹115.48 million, ₹193.24 million, ₹156.47 million, and ₹99.98 million, respectively.
As of December 31, 2024, the company has an in-house design team consisting of 12 employees dedicated to creating new products aligned with current trends and customers' taste. The company also has 182 in-house Karigars and works with third-party Karigars to address increased market demand
