About Technocraft Ventures

Technocraft Ventures Limited, incorporated in 1998, is a multidisciplinary EPC company executing turnkey infrastructure projects mainly for government agencies in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, and Delhi.

Its operations cover water and wastewater systems, roads and highways, urban infrastructure, power distribution, and trenchless pipeline projects. The company has commissioned more than 1,000 km of sewerage pipelines and developed sewage treatment plants with capacities of up to 56 MLD.

As of June 30, 2025, it had 170 full-time employees, including 76 engineers. Its promoters include Kartikey Constructions, Kartikey Tyagi, Rekha Tyagi, Sanjay Tyagi, and Sanjay Tyagi (HUF)

Objects of the Issue

Technocraft Ventures' fresh issue proceeds are earmarked for two purposes:

  1. Working capital — funding the company's working capital requirements
  2. General corporate purposes — the remaining amount, not tied to a specific named use

Only the fresh issue portion (≈₹201.51 crore) funds the company directly. The offer-for-sale portion of ≈₹50.37 crore goes to the selling shareholders, not to Technocraft Ventures' balance sheet.

Financial Performance of Technocraft Ventures

Figures below are drawn from the company's financials as reflected on the current offer page, in ₹ crore.

  • Total Income grew from ₹227.30 Cr in FY24, to ₹281.00 Cr in FY25, to ₹347.00 Cr in FY26.
  • Profit After Tax rose each year — ₹19.05 Cr (FY24), ₹28.20 Cr (FY25), ₹43.32 Cr (FY26).
  • Net Worth increased from ₹91.78 Cr (FY24) to ₹119.98 Cr (FY25) to ₹163.38 Cr (FY26).
  • Reserves & Surplus moved from ₹84.21 Cr (FY24) down to ₹65.16 Cr (FY25), then up to ₹133.16 Cr (FY26) — worth noting as a non-linear trend rather than steady growth.
  • Total Assets grew from ₹258.05 Cr (FY24) to ₹269.74 Cr (FY25) to ₹354.38 Cr (FY26).
  • Total Borrowings stayed relatively stable — ₹80.11 Cr (FY24), ₹87.43 Cr (FY25), ₹89.76 Cr (FY26) — rising only modestly even as revenue and assets grew faster, which is a reasonably healthy sign for a capital-intensive EPC business.

Strengths of Technocraft Ventures

  • Diversified EPC capabilities. The company operates across water, wastewater, roads, power distribution, urban infrastructure, and trenchless technology — a spread that has helped it win a range of government infrastructure projects rather than depending on a single segment.
  • Established execution track record. The company has successfully executed high-value government and multilateral-funded infrastructure projects, building both its financial position and its reputation in the EPC sector.
  • In-house engineering expertise. Technocraft Ventures has its own engineering capability backing its execution, which helps with efficient delivery of technically demanding projects.

Risks of Technocraft Ventures

  • Dependence on government infrastructure spending. The business relies heavily on government projects, particularly in water, wastewater, and urban development. Any reduction in government expenditure in these areas could hurt financials and operations.
  • Project acquisition risk. Projects are won through competitive tendering. Failure to win new tenders could shrink the company's order backlog and future revenue.

These risks are drawn directly from the offer documents' disclosures and aren't exhaustive — anyone evaluating this IPO should read the full "Risk Factors" section of the Red Herring Prospectus before forming a view.

Technocraft Ventures IPO Review 2026

Technocraft Ventures is an EPC contractor with more than 25 years of operating experience and an estimated post-issue market capitalisation of around ₹840 crore. The company has reported growth in revenue and profit over the past three years, while borrowings have increased at a relatively moderate pace. However, its operations are concentrated across four northern Indian states, and a significant part of its business depends on government tenders. Its future performance may therefore be influenced by public infrastructure spending, project execution, and its ability to secure new contracts through competitive bidding.
