September 2024 is turning out to be yet another month full of delights for IPO watchers. This is a broad-based pipeline of upcoming and ongoing IPOs, all the way from the largest Mainboard players to the most innovative startups on the SME platform. Here is your guide to the IPO action this month!

Mainboard IPOs in September 2024

1. Bajaj Housing Finance IPO
   The initial share sale for public subscription will begin on September 9 and will conclude on September 11 and the bidding for anchor investors will open for a day on September 6. Bajaj Finance and Bajaj Finserv are the parent company, one should hold at least one share to be eligible for shareholder quota.

2. Shree Tirupati Balajee Agro Trading Company
   The maiden share sale of the Madhya Pradesh-based company will open for subscription on September 5 and close on September 9. The company is looking to mop up Rs 169.65 crore through the IPO. The anchor book of the offer will be opened for a day on September 4.

3. Tolins Tyres Limited IPO
   Tolins Tyres Limited manufactures tyres and tread rubber caters to retreading solutions across India and exports its products to 40 countries. It opens the IPO issue on 9th September 2024 and will remain open up to 11th September, with a price band of ₹ 215 - 226 and an issue size of ₹ 230 crores.

4. Kross Limited IPO
   Kross Limited was established in 1991 and manufactured trailer axles, suspensions, and precision parts for M&HCVs and agricultural equipment. It also supplies a line of components including axle shafts, gears, and suspension parts to major OEMs and dealers.

5. Northern ARC Capital Limited IPO
   Northern Arc Capital is one of the leading NBFCs in India, established in the year 1989, offering loan financing across segments such as microfinance, MSME, auto finance, consumer finance, and affordable housing.

6. P N GADGIL JEWELLERS Limited IPO
   P N Gadgil Jewellers, Maharashtra’s second-largest jewellery brand, offers a wide range of precious jewellery. With 33 outlets, they plan to open 12 more in Maharashtra using IPO funds over the next three years.

7. Western Carriers (India) Limited IPO
   Western Carriers (India) Limited is a Multi-modal, rail-focused, 4PL asset-light logistics company. The company offers fully customisable, multi-modal logistics solutions encompassing road, rail, water, and air transportation and a tailored range of value-added services. The offer date is yet to be announced.

SME IPOs in September 2024

1. Namo eWaste Management
   New Delhi-based Namo eWaste, which provides e-waste collection, disposal, and recycling services, is all set to hit the capital market with its Rs 51.2 crore initial public offering on September 4. The book-built issue, in a price range of Rs 80-85 a share, will close on September 6.

2. My Mudra Fincorp
   New Delhi-based My Mudra Fincorp is in the business of distribution and sales of financial products. It will open its IPO on September 5 in the price band of Rs 104-110 per share.

3. Naturewings Holidays
   The issue of the Kolkata-based company will open for subscription on September 3 and close on September 5.

4. Mach Conferences and Events Limited IPO
   Mach Conferences and Events Limited offers a comprehensive range of customized services for the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) and events sector. The issue will open for subscription on September 4 and close on September 6.

5. Vision Infra Equipment Solutions Limited IPO
   Vision Infra Equipment Solutions Limited was founded in 2015 and provides services in the fields of airports, smart cities, irrigation, buildings and factories, mining, railroads, etc. opens its issue for subscription on September 6 and close on September 10.

6. Aditya Ultra Steel Limited IPO
   Aditya Ultra Steel Limited, founded in 2011, manufactures rolled steel products, i.e. TMT bars, under the brand name Kamdhenu. The issue will open for subscription on September 9 and close on September 11.

7. Archit Nuwood Industries Limited IPO
   Archit Nuwood Industries Limited was founded in 2017 and manufactures a wide range of MDF and HDF boards as well as pre-laminated boards in various designs. The issue for subscription is yet to be announced.

8. Jeyyam Global Foods Limited IPO
   Jeyyam Global Foods Limited, formerly known as Kichoni Online Services Private Limited, produces and/or processes Bengali chickpeas (locally known as ‘chana'), Fried Gram, and Besan Flour and supplies these to a variety of markets such as distributors, large retailers, hotels, restaurants, caterers, branded supermarkets and wholesalers. The IPO closes on 4 September.

9. Shubhshree Biofuels Energy Limited IPO
   Shubhshree Biofuels Energy Limited supplies biomass fuels, including biomass pellets and briquettes, to customers operating in the recycled material, textile processing, pharmaceutical, metal, etc. sectors. The offer date for the subscription opens on 9 Sept and closes on 11 Sept.

10. Share Samadhan Limited IPO
    Share Samadhan Limited, previously known as Tiger Island Hospitality Private Limited, was incorporated in 2011 and offers a wide range of services aimed at helping clients protect and recover their investments/money efficiently. The offer date for the subscription opens on 9 Sept and closes on 11 Sept.

11. Gajanand International Limited IPO
    Gajanand International Limited, formerly known as Gajanand Cottex Private Limited, produces contamination-free and sustainable cotton. The subscription offer opens on 9 September and closes on 11 September.

12.  SPP Polymer Limited IPO
    SPP Polymers Limited, formerly known as SPP Food Products Private Limited, is a manufacturer of a wide range of HDPE/PP woven fabric and bags, non-woven fabrics and bags, and Multifilament Yarn. The company is located in Rudrapur City, Uttarakhand. The subscription offer opens on 10 September and closes on 12 September.

13. Excellent Wires and Packaging Limited IPO
    Excellent Wires and Packaging Limited manufactures a wide range of wires and wire ropes under the brand name Excellent, including various types such as Spring Steel Wire, High Carbon Wire, Galvanised Wire (GI Wire), and others for multiple applications. The subscription offer opens on 11 September and closes on 13 September.

14. Envirotech Systems Limited IPO
    Envirotech Systems Limited manufactures noise measurement and control solutions for industrial and commercial applications. Envirotech Systems specialises in designing and supplying custom enclosures for noise reduction in machinery and mechanical equipment, suitable for indoor and outdoor applications.

15. Trafiksol ITS Technologies Limited IPO
    TrafikSol ITS Technologies Limited was founded in 2018 and provides comprehensive intelligent transportation systems (ITS) and automation solutions, including software development, consulting and delivery services. The company offers ready-made and customized software solutions, operating systems, business applications and computer games for all platforms. 

16. Innomet Advanced Materials Limited IPO
    Innomet Advanced Materials Limited manufactures Metal Powders and Tungsten Heavy Alloys. The company offers a diverse range of over 20 products, including copper, bronze, brass, nickel, tin, and stainless-steel powders for various industries. 

17. Sodhani Academy of Fintech Enablers Limited IPO
    Sodhani Academy of Fintech Enablers Limited was founded in 2009 and offers financial training, consulting and learning services. The company mainly focuses on financial education and awareness, which refers to the knowledge and understanding of various financial concepts and skills that enable learners to make informed and responsible decisions in economic matters. 

18. Deccan Transcon Leasing Limited IPO
    Deccan Transcon Leasing Limited offers tank containers on lease and logistic and supply chain solutions to clients in various sectors. The company provides comprehensive freight and shipping solutions, including domestic tank container logistics, tank fleet management, customs clearance and transportation, and Non-Vessel Operating Common Carriers (NVOCC) services.

19. Popular Foundations Limited IPO
    Popular Foundations Limited specializes in engineering and construction services and offers comprehensive end-to-end solutions in the construction sector. The company is dedicated to construction practice in various sectors such as factories, educational institutions, and commercial and residential projects. 

20. Osel Devices Limited IPO
    Osel Devices Limited, formerly known as Innovative Infratech Solutions Private Limited, was founded in 2006 and manufactures a comprehensive range of LED display systems and hearing aids. The company manufactures a comprehensive range of LED display systems including all major components for commercial use such as advertising media, billboards, corporate boardrooms, presentations, display promotions, command centers, and front signs.
