About The Company
Piotex Industries Limited is a company founded in 2019 that deals with the contract manufacturing of yarns, fabrics, and bales of cotton for various uses, including clothes and home textiles. This company also produces yarn from cotton under the outsourcing model job- work.
The company has two business areas:
Cotton bales, Synthetic fibres, Cotton yarn and fabrics: It manufactures and trades in cotton bales and cotton yarn in textile hubs of Maharashtra at Malegaon, Ichalkaranji and Bhiwandi. It also provides cotton yarn at Burhanpur and Ahmedabad. For the finished product of the company -cotton yarn- it has a sole distributary arrangement with Babasaheb Deshmukh Industries Private Limited.
Contract Labor and Fabric Weaving: In this agreement, the company provides yarn to the contract workers and the weaving mill which weave the material at a pre-agreed rate and return it to the company. The ready product, in this case the fabric, is then sold to the customers.
As of March 31, 2024, the company has 18 employees on its payroll.
