About Capital Infra Trust InvIT Company
Capital Infra Trust was launched in September 2023 by Gawar Construction Limited, the leading construction firm for roads and highways across 19 states of India. This trust primarily invests in the road projects to develop and manage such projects as under SEBI InvIT Regulations; it currently manages 26 Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) projects.
Till December 2024, the portfolio comprised 11 projects completed; out of those five were taken over from Sadbhav Infrastructure Project Limited, while 15 projects were under construction. Rated 'Provisional CRISIL AAA/Stable' by CRISIL Ratings, the Trust is financially sound and reliable.
Capital Infra Trust aims at redefining the infrastructure growth story of India with a firm belief in contributing towards the delivery of value to the stakeholders.
