Incorporated in 2016, H.R. Hygiene Products Limited engages in the production and marketing of hygiene products (sanitary napkins). The firm works with different in-house brand products, namely Femiss, Womanica, ElderFit, and Bloom Baby, which are meant to meet hygiene requirements of different consumer categories – babies, young girls, as well as older people.
Hygiene product manufacturing is a key area of operations of the company, which produces sanitary napkins for its own brands and white label customers. At the same time, the range of products has been growing over the time and now includes female, adult and baby care products.
Namely, Femiss targets affordable hygiene market offering good sanitary napkins, Womanica produces high-absorbent sanitary napkins, ElderFit develops adult care including absorbent adult diapers, and Bloom Baby focuses on the baby diapers to ensure their comfort and skin safety.
H.R. Hygiene Products markets its product throughout India in a two-tier strategy that involves both offline retail with the help of consignment sale agents and distributors and online through major online marketplaces, including Meesho, Amazon, Glowroad, Flipkart, Snapdeal, and JioMart.
As on March 31, 2025, the company employed 11 Consignment Sale Agents (CSA) and maintained a distribution network with 182 distributors, all aided by sales and marketing staff of more than 96. The company had a diverse clientele of over 200 customers spread over 28 states and 8 union territories, thus decreasing its reliance on any particular customer.
The company’s manufacturing plant is situated at Rajkot, thus making the manufacturing process easier and facilitating countrywide supply.
On September 29, 2025, the company had an employee strength of 141.
